a. Purpose: Clearly state the intended use of the rope.
b. Size: Specify the exact diameter of the rope in millimeters or inches.
c. Construction: Detail the number of strands, the number of wires per strand, and the type of strand construction.
d. Type of Core: Indicate whether you require a Fiber Core (FC), Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC), or Independent Wire Strand Core (IWSC).
e. Lay: Specify the lay of the rope - Right Regular Lay, Left Regular Lay, Right Lang Lay, or Left Lang Lay.
f. Coating: Choose from Bright (ungalvanized), galvanized, stainless, PVC, or Grease coatings.
g. Grade of Wire: Indicate the desired tensile strength of the wires.
h. Breaking Load: Provide either the minimum or calculated breaking load in tons or pounds.
i. Lubrication: Specify whether lubrication is required and which type of lubricant is preferred.
j. Length: State the exact length of the wire rope needed.
k. Packing: Choose packing method - in coils wrapped with oil paper and hessian cloth, or on wooden reels.
l. Quantity: Provide the quantity by number of coils or reels, length, or weight.

Terms:

2) Delivery Term: FOB, CFR, CIF
3) Delivery Lead Time: 20 working days after receipt of deposit.
4) Payment Term: 30% by T/T as a deposit, with the balance payable by T/T.
5) Quality Assurance: A Mill Test Certificate will accompany the shipment, and third-party inspections are welcome.
