Wire Rope Storage Precautions: Ensure that wire ropes are stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid stacking wire ropes in multiple layers. For long-term storage of large quantities, regularly inspect to prevent rust. If rust is detected, recoat with lubricating oil. Severely corroded sections should be discarded. For outdoor storage, place on dry ground with boards underneath and cover with a tarpaulin.
