When ordering our premium steel wire rope, please provide the following detailed information to ensure we meet all your specifications:
a. Purpose: Specify the intended use of the rope.
b. Size: Indicate the diameter of the rope in millimeters or inches.
c. Construction: Detail the number of strands, the number of wires per strand, and the type of strand construction.
d. Type of Core: Choose between Fiber Core (FC), Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC), or Independent Wire Strand Core (IWSC).
e. Lay: Specify the lay type: Right Regular Lay, Left Regular Lay, Right Lang Lay, or Left Lang Lay.
f. Coating: Indicate if the rope is Bright (ungalvanized), Galvanized, Stainless Steel, or PVC-coated, or if it requires Grease.
g. Grade of Wire: State the tensile strength of the wires.
h. Breaking Load: Provide the minimum or calculated breaking load in tonnes or pounds.
i. Lubrication: Specify if lubrication is required and the type of lubricant needed.
j. Length: Specify the total length of the wire rope needed.
k. Packing: Choose between coils wrapped with oil paper and hessian (or p.p.) cloth, or wooden reels.
l. Quantity: State the quantity by the number of coils or reels, by length, or by weight.
m. Remarks: Include shipping marks and any other special requirements.
Terms:
1) Loading Port: Nantong, China.
2) Delivery Term: Options include FOB, CFR, or CIF.
3) Delivery Lead Time: Generally 20 working days after receiving the deposit.
4) Payment Term: 30% by T/T as a deposit, with the balance paid by T/T.
5) Quality Assurance: Mill Test Certificate provided with shipment. Third-party inspection is also acceptable.
