a. Purpose: Clearly state the intended application for the rope.
b. Size: Specify the rope's diameter in millimeters or inches.
c. Construction: Detail the number of strands, the number of wires per strand, and the type of strand construction.
d. Type of Core: Indicate whether you require Fiber Core (FC), Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC), or Independent Wire Strand Core (IWSC).
e. Lay: Choose from Right Regular Lay, Left Regular Lay, Right Lang Lay, or Left Lang Lay.
f. Coating: Choose between Bright (ungalvanized), Galvanized, Stainless, PVC, or Grease-coated finishes.
g. Grade of wire: Specify the tensile strength of the wires.
h. Breaking Load: State the minimum or calculated breaking load in tons or pounds.
i. Lubrication: Indicate if lubrication is required and specify the type of lubricant.
