When placing an order for our steel wire ropes, please provide the following detailed information to ensure we meet all your specifications:
a. Purpose: Clearly state the intended use of the wire rope.
b. Size: Specify the exact diameter of the rope in millimeters or inches.
c. Construction: Detail the number of strands, the number of wires per strand, and the type of strand construction.
d. Type of Core: Indicate whether you require a Fiber Core (FC), Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC), or Independent Wire Strand Core (IWSC).
e. Lay: Choose from right regular lay, left regular lay, right lang lay, or left lang lay.
f. Coating: Specify the coating type-Bright (ungalvanized), galvanized, stainless steel, PVC, or grease.
g. Grade of Wire: Indicate the tensile strength of the wires required.
h. Breaking Load: Provide the minimum or calculated breaking load in tons or pounds.
i. Lubrication: State whether lubrication is needed, and if so, specify the required lubricant.
j. Length: Specify the total length of the wire rope.
k. Packing: Choose the preferred packing method-coils wrapped with oil paper and hessian cloth, or on wooden reels.
l. Quantity: Specify the quantity by number of coils or reels, length, or weight.
m. Remarks: Include any additional shipping marks or special requirements.
Terms:
1) Loading Port: Nantong, China
2) Delivery Term: Options include FOB, CFR, and CIF.
3) Delivery Lead Time: 20 working days after receipt of deposit.
4) Payment Term: 30% by T/T as deposit, with the balance paid by T/T.
5) Quality Assurance: A Mill Test Certificate is provided with each shipment, and third-party inspections are welcome.
