a. Purpose: Clearly specify the intended application for the rope to ensure optimal performance.
b. Size: Indicate the precise diameter of the rope in either millimeters or inches for accurate sizing.
c. Construction: Detail the number of strands, the number of wires per strand, and the type of strand construction to match your exact needs.
d. Type of Core: Choose between Fiber core (FC), independent wire rope core (IWRC), or independent wire strand core (IWSC) based on your specific requirements.
e. Lay: Opt for right regular lay, left regular lay, right lang lay, or left lang lay to suit your application.
f. Coating: Decide on the finish - be it bright (ungalvanized), galvanized, stainless, PVC coated, or with grease - to enhance durability and appearance.
