Wire Rope Storage Precautions: Ensure optimal longevity and performance of your wire ropes by storing them in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources. To prevent damage, do not stack wire ropes in multiple layers. For large quantities stored long-term, frequent inspections are crucial to avert rust. Upon detecting rust, promptly reapply lubricating oil; in cases of severe corrosion, sections should be discarded. When storing wire ropes outdoors, position them on dry ground with a protective layer of boards underneath and shield them with a tarp to maintain their condition.

Shenwei can package the rope using sturdy plywood and robust solid wooden reels (500M-2000M) to ensure safe transport, with other customized packaging options available to suit customer's specific requirements.
