Product Description
The essential difference between hot dipped galvanized steel wire rope and cold galvanized steel wire rope is that the zinc layer of hot-dip galvanized is better than that of cold galvanized because of the zinc-iron alloy layer. Hot dip galvanized steel wire rope surface state because hot plated zinc iron alloy, so its color should be a little black. The electroplating surface does not have a chemical reaction, so it is still the natural color of zinc, which looks brighter. Under normal circumstances, the zinc layer of hot dip galvanizing is thicker and the corrosion resistance is better. The zinc layer of electro galvanizing is relatively thin, and the corrosion resistance is poor. (Unless the zinc layer of cold galvanizing also reaches the degree of thick zinc layer)
