Wire Rope Storage Precautions: Ensure storage in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight or heat exposure. Wire ropes should not be stacked in multiple layers. For long-term storage of large quantities, frequent checks are necessary to prevent rust. Upon detecting rust, reapply lubricating oil; if corrosion is severe, discard the affected segment. For outdoor storage, place on dry ground with boards underneath and cover with a tarpaulin.
