When placing an order for our steel wire rope, please provide the following detailed information to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment:
a. Purpose: Specify the intended use or application of the rope.
b. Size: Indicate the diameter of the rope in millimeters or inches.
c. Construction: Detail the number of strands, number of wires per strand, and the type of strand construction.
d. Type of Core: Specify if the core is Fiber Core (FC), Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC), or Independent Wire Strand Core (IWSC).
e. Lay: Choose from right regular lay, left regular lay, right lang lay, or left lang lay.
f. Coating: Indicate the coating preference: Bright (ungalvanized), galvanized, stainless steel, PVC, or grease.
g. Grade of Wire: Provide the tensile strength of the wires.
h. Breaking Load: Specify the minimum or calculated breaking load in tons or pounds.
i. Lubrication: State whether lubrication is required, and if so, specify the type of lubricant.
j. Length: Provide the required length of the wire rope.
k. Packing: Choose packing preference: in coils wrapped with oil paper and hessian (or p.p.) cloth, or on wooden reels.
l. Quantity: Specify the quantity by the number of coils or reels, by length, or by weight.
m. Remarks: Include any special requirements or shipping marks.
Terms:
1) Loading Port: Nantong, China
2) Delivery Term: Options available are FOB, CFR, CIF
3) Delivery Lead Time: 20 working days post deposit receipt.
4) Payment Term: 30% T/T deposit with the balance paid by T/T.
5) Quality Assurance: Mill Test Certificate provided with shipment; third-party inspection is also acceptable.
