a. Purpose: Clearly state the intended application for the wire rope.
b. Size: Specify the rope diameter, available in metrics or imperial dimensions.
c. Construction: Define the number of strands, wires per strand, and the strand construction type for your needs.
d. Type of Core: Choose between Fiber core (FC), Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC), or Independent Wire Strand Core (IWSC).
e. Lay: Indicate your preference for either right regular lay, left regular lay, right lang lay, or left lang lay.
f. Coating: Decide on bright (ungalvanized), galvanized, stainless, PVC, or grease coating options.
g. Grade of wire: Select the tensile strength suitable for your application.
h. Breaking Load: Inform us of the required minimum or calculated breaking load in tones or pounds.
i. Lubrication: Specify if lubrication is needed and which lubricant is required.
j. Length: State the exact length of the wire rope you need.
k. Packing: Choose between coils wrapped in oil paper and hessian (or p.p) cloth, or on sturdy wooden reels.

Terms:
1) Loading port: Our convenient loading port is Nantong, China.
2) Delivery term: Options include FOB, CFR, or CIF to suit your logistical needs.
3) Delivery lead time: Expect delivery within 20 working days following deposit receipt.
4) Payment term: A 30% deposit via T/T is required, with the balance payable by T/T.
5) Quality assurance: Each shipment comes with a Mill Test Certificate, and third-party inspection is welcomed.
