Production Process
The Storage Of Wire Rope
Wire Rope Storage Precautions: Ensure your wire ropes remain in pristine condition by storing them in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Avoid multi-layer stacking in storage. For long-term storage of large quantities, conduct regular inspections to check for rust. Upon detecting rust, promptly recoat with lubricating oil. If corrosion is severe, the affected section should be discarded. For outdoor storage, place wire ropes on dry ground with boards underneath and cover them with a tarpaulin.
Shenwei can package the rope using plywood and solid wooden reels (500M-2000M), with additional packaging options available according to customer's requirements.
