When ordering our premium steel wire ropes, please ensure you provide the following comprehensive details:
a. Purpose: Clearly state the intended application for the wire rope.
b. Size: Specify the diameter in either millimeters or inches.
c. Construction: Detail the number of strands, wires per strand, and the type of strand construction.
d. Type of Core: Choose from Fiber Core (FC), Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC), or Independent Wire Strand Core (IWSC).
e. Lay: Indicate the lay type: Right regular lay, left regular lay, right lang lay, or left lang lay.
f. Coating: Specify the coating type: Bright (ungalvanized), galvanized, stainless, PVC, or grease-coated.
g. Grade of wire: Provide the tensile strength of the wires.
h. Breaking Load: State the minimum or calculated breaking load in tons or pounds.
i. Lubrication: Indicate if lubrication is required and specify the desired lubricant type.
j. Length: Specify the total length of wire rope needed.
k. Packing: Choose your preferred packing method: coils wrapped in oil paper and hessian cloth (or p.p. cloth), or on wooden reels.
l. Quantity: Provide the quantity by number of coils or reels, as well as by length or weight.
m. Remarks: Include any special shipping marks or additional requirements.
Terms:
1) Loading port: Nantong, China.
2) Delivery term: Options include FOB, CFR, CIF.
3) Delivery lead time: Typically 20 working days after receipt of deposit.
4) Payment term: 30% deposit by T/T, with the balance payable by T/T.
5) Quality assurance: A Mill Test Certificate will be provided with the shipment, and third-party inspection is available.
